	Paun Peters, President Paun is a Fort Worth native and a 1980 Graduate of Texas Christian University where he earned a BBA degree in Finance with a R.E. concentration. Paun is a seasoned Oil & Gas professional having been involved in numerous aspects of operations and became president of Western Production Company in 1986.
	Bob Hyatt, Vice President Bob Hyatt earned his Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Sun Oil and Oryx Energy. His background includes business development, finance, risk management, planning and trading in US and international environments.
	Charles Medlock, Manager, Midstream & Marketing Charles earned both his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, 23 of which were with Union Pacific Resources, Charles has implemented natural gas supply, marketing, transportation, storage and price risk management projects.
	Rodger L. Edge, Operations Engineer A graduate of Texas A & M University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Rodger has over 30+ years of experience in drilling and production operations. His professional background includes both large and small Oil and Gas companies throughout Texas and New Mexico.
	Deb Tate, Controller Deb earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from Iowa State University and her M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a CPA and has over 16 years of experience in oil and gas accounting. Deb began her career as a corporate auditor for Union Pacific Corporation. From there she moved into various oil and gas accounting roles with Union Pacific Resources and XTO Energy. Prior to joining Western Production Company, Deb was assistant controller at Denbury Resources.
