Paun Peters, President
Paun is a Fort Worth native and a 1980 Graduate of Texas Christian University where he earned a BBA degree in Finance with a R.E. concentration. Paun is a seasoned Oil & Gas professional having been involved in numerous aspects of operations and became president of Western Production Company in 1986.

Royce W. Calk, CPA
As Western Production’s Controller, Royce has a varied and diversified petroleum industry resume, from numerous years at Price, Waterhouse & Co. as an accountant for various oil & gas clients, to owning and operating his own drilling company in west Texas.

John P. Coalson, Land Manager
John has degrees in both geology and law, and is a charter member of the Environmental Geology Division of the AAPG. John’s history as a successful member of a plaintiff attorney’s team against international oil conglomerates, and firm environmental principles challenge most oil and gas industry standards.

Debra Claustro, Human Resources Manager
Debra Claustro is the Human Resources Manager for Western Production Company. She has over 20 years of experience in financial, government, and oil and gas industries. Debra earned a B.A.A.S. in Organizational Development from University of North Texas with three specializations: Accounting, Public Administration, and Sociology.

Charles Medlock, Manager, Midstream & Marketing
Charles earned both his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, 23 of which were with Union Pacific Resources, Charles has implemented natural gas supply, marketing, transportation, storage and price risk management projects.

Engineering, Tracy has over 40 years of experience in drilling and operations. His professional background includes both large and small petroleum companies throughout Texas and the Rocky Mountain states.
